- vacuum cementation technology (FineCarb®),
- pre-nitriding technology (PreNit®),
- Stress relieving,
- Annealing,
- Tempering
The FineCarb® low pressure cementation technology provides a quick, effective, smooth and accurate cementation even with densely packed loads and complicated parts. Depending on the cementation temperature the time of the process can be decreased even to the fifth of it, comparing to the traditional procedures. The Fine Carb™ low pressure cementation technology decreases the effects of the growing of the austenite grains on high temperature.
Additional advantages of the FineCarb® technology:
- there is no inside oxidation (IGO),
- precise carbon diffusion, guaranteed process capability, reproducibility,
- there is no CO2 emission,
- environment friendly.
Pre-nitriding (PreNit®) technology:
The pre-nitriding possibility of the low pressure vacuum cementation, the PreNitLPC widens the possibility of applications -without grain coarsening – allowing the usage of higher cementation temperature ranges. The pre-nitriding technology is executed in the initial cementation phase. With the help of it the austenite grain coarsening can be minimized.

The 18CrNiMo7-6 steel grain diameter is compared with the 920°C (1650°F), 1000°C (1800°F) temperature and the applied LPC, PreNitLPC technology.
Stress relieving
Stress relieving
It is critical for large sizes or unfolded inserts and products!
During the tool manufacturing process, the step of stress relief must be included in the technological line several times!
Here’s how to optimize the risk of warping during training:
In the case of inserts that are prone to warping, the roughing is established, but there is still an allowance to install the first stress-relieving step between production. This minimizes the stress introduced into the structure of the material during manufacture.
The best thing to do with the tool insert is to apply a stress reduction step before tempering.
We solve this in our factory, in some cases, if we find it professionally justified, we also offer it to our customers.
The service life can be significantly extended by:
After reaching a certain time or number of cycles, stresses accumulated in the material structure for various reasons. These tensions reduce the life of the tool. In this case, the insert can be subjected to a stress reducing heat treatment with a thorough cleaning method, familiar with the original tempering temperature.

Annealing
If a vacuum furnace is used, it can be softened under shielding gas by convection and also under vacuum.
Our vacuum furnace is also suitable for annealing drawn stainless products.

Tempering
Our hardening furnaces can also be used for the heat treatment of precipitation hardening materials under protective gas.
